Tuuliki Tõiste, Development manager of Tallinn University of Technology Library, President of the Estonian Librarians Association (ELA) Board.

She received her Bachelor’s degree in library and information science and Master's degree in information management from Tallinn University. Tuuliki has 20 years of work experience in the field of library science. She has been working in the areas of customer service, acquisition and data management. She started her career in public library as the head of a branch library and later took the position of the head of acquisition department.

After a little break, she started working at university library as the head of library services centre, where she was responsible for developing and managing library services. Since July 2020, Tuuliki is the development manager of Tallinn University of Technology Library.

Tuuliki has been a member of Estonian Librarians’ Association since 2004 and a member of the ELA Board since 2015. In March 2020, she was elected the President of ELA Board.
