JORMA SARV

Jorma Sarv is a strategy adviser for cultural and sports organisations. He has designed and curated various government policies and guidelines and was also responsible for a large-scale culture export programme dedicated to Estonian centenary celebrations and Estonian Presidency of EU. Currently he works as a partner of international think-thank and consultancy Creativity Lab. He is also curator of the cultural management programme in UT Viljandi Culture Academy, one of the four colleges of University of Tartu. Jorma is also one of the founders and trainers of development programme “21st Century Library” that provides work-shops and discussions for library professionals and other interested experts.
